Unlike most other web design companies, we allow freedom of choice. We are honest and upfront about our pricing structure for everything from website design, to creating logos, and other graphic design projects. Nothing you don’t want or need is forced upon you. You’ll have a clear understanding of the cost before the project begins and no surprises when you receive the final invoice. And…once we receive final payment, you will have a product created by us that will pay for itself in a short amount of time.

We consider all of our creations an investment. For instance, if you have an office or retail shop – the cost of a website is very insignificant considering the return on investment. One lead and sale for many organizations can pay for the entire web investment.

We’ve provided some basic price ranges for our most common requests below.

 

Website Design:

• Basic plans starting at $500.

• Our hourly rate: Starting at $25/hr.

Our most popular service is our high end, custom website design. We create new custom websites and also redesign existing web sites.

A typical website designed by Ragas Media ranges anywhere from $500 to $5000 or more, depending on the number of pages you require, custom functionality and focus on creativity. An average website will usually contain 5-10 informative web pages, though it depends on what you want to include. Custom designed websites include project discovery, custom design such as unique styles and templates, revisions to your design, xhtml/css coding building your web pages, inserting your content and launching your new website.

Depending on your needs we also offer options for back-end content management systems (CMS), blog, forums, shopping cart, contact forms, flash, SEO and web marketing. These are extras and will be factored into the cost of the entire project.

What should I reasonably expect to pay for a new high quality website?

• Basic Informational Website (Includes homepage and up to 5 pages) – $500
• CMS Blog (WordPress or other, includes contact forms) – $500 to $1,000
  
• Intermediate Website (Includes homepage, 5 to 10 pages) – $1,000 to $2,000
  
• Expert Website (Includes homepage, 10 to 15 pages, blog or discussion board, contact forms, CMS optional) – $2,000 to $3,000
  
• Platinum Website (Includes homepage, 20+ pages, blog and/or discussion board, contact forms, CMS optional, and e-commerce) – $3,000 to $10,000

The amount of time necessary to design and complete a particular web site will vary. A small web site can be assembled in less than 40 hours ($500 to $1,500). A web site of medium size can be completed in approximately 40 to 60 hours ($1,500 to $3,000). Large sites can require two to four weeks, if not longer ($3,000 or more).

Logo Design:

• Basic logo design starting at $250/ per each logo.

• Package rates (main logo with several variations) are negotiable.

How much is a logo design really worth? Ask Coca-Cola, Nike, McDonald’s, Hallmark or any other company that relies on their logo as their number one spokesman. Not every company is as large as these but every company should have a logo that is easy to identify and stands for the integrity of that business.

A logo design is more valuable to a company than a single spot illustration. An illustration is normally used once or used for a limited campaign, whereas a logo is used for years and is placed on business cards, letterheads, envelopes, web sites, vehicles, buildings, apparel and products. Do you see the difference in value to a company? A logo has more value than just the hours spent on creating it. It becomes the companies identity and has added value.

With that said, shouldn’t a logo be worth more than just the time involved in creating it? Absolutely! Our graphic design rates average anywhere from $25 to $50 per hour and we offer negotiable package rates that include multiple versions and variations of the logo. In addition, we also package our logos in several different image file formats – including bitmap and vector format.

ATTN. Clients :: We request the logo project take not more than one week to complete from start to finish; Otherwise there will be additional costs. If client fails to collaborate with designer, and/or neglects project for longer than one week during the drafting and revising processes, client may lose all rights to the particular logo, and project will become voided.
