Jason Mitchell Outdoors and his web properties have been a loyal client and friend of mine since we partnered in 2013. During spring of that year, the previous version website of Mitchell’s Guide Service was built. But due to the frequently changing and evolving internet landscape, it was a website not meant to last into today’s current age. The mobile friendliness and page responsiveness of it crashed, and so too did an outdated wordpress theme.
In early April 2018, Jason contacted to repair the old website. With my input, I recommended we re-design the entire website completely so that it would last a long time. This was also a subject we had visited months prior, only now it was being revisited and brought to life.
I broke ground on the new website re-design in mid April. New website was officially completed and launched by my personal deadline of May 1st. It is one of my most stunning and professional fishing guide websites to date, delivering a stunning visual experience to readers and visitors on desktop and mobile platforms.
The goal of this website re-development was to improve the page loading, mobile browsing, and navigation. Also, because the contents of old website had not been updated since 2013, it was also much needed to publish new updated content and media. I also wanted to add a lot of new features, content sections, and improve the publishing and accessibility of articles and fishing reports. I also included video galleries, and we implemented an online booking and reservations system that is managed by the guide service’s office at Woodland Resort.
Last but not least, my SEO strategy will make this website the #1 visited and most popular fishing informational website and guide service website in the state of North Dakota.
