Jason Mitchell Outdoors has been a top client and web partner of ours since 2013.

In 2014, we built the first version website of Passion For the Hunt. For nearly 5 seasons, the original website served its purposes and accommodated the television program and the monthly media publishing we’ve done. However, a developer and wordpress theme incompatibility with the latest versions of wordpress and PHP caused the original website to crash; it was not repairable.

Due to the television program’s gaining popularity, increased website traffic, weekly video uploading, monthly articles, and needs to update and populate new content monthly, a new website re-design became necessary for not only the program’s long term success, but to accommodate the changing landscape of the internet. We utilized the old website’s aesthetics and website graphics, re-used its contents, and developed a fully custom wordpress layout and design theme.

Having designed a handful of websites for the television and outdoor industries, the main objectives of this website is to deliver articles and video publishing in an easily accessible and online navigable format. The new PFTH website, unlike the old one, is mobile friendly and accessible to watch and read from all devices. Television shows can be viewed in a lightbox, theater format on desktop and mobile platform.

The goal of this website revamp was to improve PFTH’s branding & marketing, web advertising campaigns with marketing partners, the page loading, mobile browsing, SEO, photos and video, and navigation. My services also deliver them timely updating and monthly maintenance every week.

The new PFTH website is set to withstand the changing internet landscape for the next several seasons to come, and will outlast the competition’s.
