I am not an emergency service, but will address your technical support tickets in the order they are received and as availability allows. Customers on monthly service plans receive highest priority.

  • I am ONLY available Mondays thru Thursdays from 9am-5pm CST. Requests are reviewed in order as they are received and my present availability allows. Please allow up to a few days to review and trouble-shoot your issues.
  • I can ONLY prioritize current customers who are under monthly service agreements.
  • Most repairs or work requests can be completed routinely and quickly. Others can take up to a week or two before they fully get addressed. If they are more complex, requiring additional hours to complete, you will be notified prior to starting. I will let you know whether your issues are an emergency or not.
  • I WILL NOT RESPOND TO FACEBOOK MESSAGING, TEXT MESSAGING, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF UNACCEPTABLE COMMUNICATIONS.
  • Calling me on weekends and during non-business hours will result in a $1,000 up-front fee.

    I am not responsible for monthly maintenance and oversight of any client websites unless monthly service agreement is in place.
